How do I schedule or book an event?


Use our 'Book Now' page to schedule an event.One of our team members will then contact you to organize a date and time via email.




What if my dates aren't available?


Contact us at founders@remiovr.com or through our contact form, and we will try to organize a time to accommodate you.




Do I need my laptop?


No. The VR headset is completely standalone and you will meet all your colleagues in virtual reality.

However, we generally start the event through a Zoom meeting to guide everyone on how to enter and navigate their way to the spot where we will all meet. This makes it especially helpful for first-time users.




How long does the event last?


Usually around an hour and a half, but it depends on the group's energy.




Can I join without a headset?


There will be a video conference running in parallel for you to chat and see the other's in their headset. We're currenlty working on a 'spectator-mode' for you to enter via your browser.
