Stuck on something? Let's fix it.
Remio is built by a small indie team. Most answers are already written down — start with the FAQ, and if you're still stuck, email a real person.
Pick the channel that fits the question
No ticket queues, no phone tree — just the places a small team actually reads.
Best for bug reports and anything with detail. Include your app version, OS, and what you were doing.
Community on Discord
Quick questions and setup help from other users and the team. Often the fastest way to get unstuck.
GitHub
Follow releases and track reproducible issues in the open. Good for developers and power users.
X · @remioapp
News, tips, and a quick way to say hi. Best for short questions and staying in the loop.
Five things that solve most issues
Run through these first — most of the time you'll have the answer before you finish, and if not, they'll make your email far faster to fix.
Check the FAQ
Setup, latency, security, and troubleshooting are already answered there. Open the FAQ →
Search the docs
Step-by-step guides for pairing, permissions, and every platform. Open the documentation →
Find your app version
It's under Help → About in the app. Include it in any bug report so we can match it to a build.
Note your host and client OS
Which machine hosts, which device connects, and the OS version of each. Half of all issues live in that gap.
Describe what you were doing
What you expected, what happened instead, and the exact steps. A clear repro is the fastest path to a fix.
A real person reads every message
Everything sent to support@remio.net lands with the people who build Remio — no bots, no ticket bots, no upsell.
